Program Name: Start Right, Stay Right
Date: July - August

Program Purpose
In a world that often teaches people to seek approval, validation, and identity from external sources, we teach a different approach. We believe that every child possesses inherent worth, unique gifts, and the ability to grow into the best version of themselves.
Program Description
Our philosophy is simple: Before we can become who we are meant to be, we must first understand who we are. We believe that children who learn to value themselves early are better equipped to make healthy choices, build meaningful relationships, and navigate life's challenges with confidence and purpose. We do not teach people to become someone else. We teach them to discover and develop the person they already are. Growth begins with self-awareness, continues through intentional choices, and is strengthened by personal responsibility. At every stage of life, the most important work is the work we do within ourselves. We call this building from the inside out.
The Start Right, Stay Right Foundational Framework
Principle One: I Am Enough
Every person has value. Worth is not earned through achievement, appearance, popularity, or comparison. Every child and every adult possesses inherent worth simply because they exist. When people understand their value, they no longer need to spend their lives proving it.
Child-Friendly Version: There is only one me, and that makes me special.
Principle Two: I Know Who I Am
Identity begins with self-discovery. Each person has unique gifts, talents, interests, strengths, and perspectives. Learning who we are helps us build confidence, develop healthy boundaries, and make choices that align with our values. We define ourselves so that we are not defined by others.
Child-Friendly Version: I am learning all the wonderful things that make me, me.
Principle Three: My Choices Matter
Every choice creates an outcome. Children and adults alike learn through the choices they make and the consequences that follow. Understanding this connection helps us become thoughtful decision-makers and responsible individuals. We do not teach fear of mistakes. We teach learning through experience.
Child-Friendly Version: Every choice helps write my story.
Principle Four: I Can Grow
Growth is a lifelong journey. No one begins perfectly, and no one ever stops learning. Once we understand our value and identity, we can intentionally work on the areas we want to improve. Growth is not about becoming someone else. Growth is about becoming the best version of ourselves.
Child-Friendly Version: I can learn something new each day.
Principle Five: My Light Matters
Who we become affects the world around us. Kindness, honesty, courage, compassion, and integrity influence our families, our communities, and our future. Every person carries a light within them. When we develop our character and use our gifts to serve others, that light shines brightly.
Child-Friendly Version: My light can make the world brighter.
Our Goal
Our goal is not perfection. Our goal is awareness, growth, responsibility, and purpose. We want children to know they are enough. We want them to discover who they are. We want children and young adults to understand that their choices matter. We want them to embrace growth. And we want them to recognize that their unique light has value. When children learn these lessons early, they carry them into adulthood. Start Right. Stay Right. Because we build from the inside out.
Mission
Help children:
Know their worth
Discover their identity
Understand choices and consequences
Take responsibility for growth
Use their gifts to positively impact others
Before the world tells you who you should be, learn who you are. Know your worth. Discover your gifts. Use your voice. Understand your choices. Grow with purpose. There is only one you. Start Right. Stay Right.
