What's a better way to eliminate some of the stress in your lives than carving out a couple of hours to do something that relaxes your mind and bring enjoyment, than to meditate while painting? Treat yourself to a fun & relaxing evening with Painting & Meditation!
We will listen to classical music as a method of meditation that will allow you to relax and be in the moment. You don't need to have prior experience of Meditation or Painting. Just bring yourself and good cheer!
